1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of and access to the AUTÊNTICA programme ("the Programme"), offered by Marina Lorenzato Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing the Programme, you agree to these terms in full.

2. The Programme
AUTÊNTICA is a self-paced online programme consisting of teaching videos, guided audio practices, journaling exercises, embodied integration practices, and a downloadable workbook. The Programme is hosted on Teachable and delivered entirely online.
The Programme is designed for personal development purposes. It is not a substitute for individual psychotherapy, counselling, or any other form of clinical treatment. If you are currently in crisis, experiencing severe trauma, or require clinical support, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
3. Purchase and access
Upon completing your purchase via Teachable, you will receive login details by email and gain immediate access to all Programme materials.
You are purchasing access for personal use only. You may not share your login details, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Programme content.
Access to the Programme is provided for six months from the date of purchase.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in British pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you will pay.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 48-hour refund policy. If you begin the Programme and feel it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your purchase by contacting us at marina@marinalorenzato.com
Refund requests received after 48 hours of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel is waived upon accessing the Programme, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Intellectual property
All Programme content, including videos, audio recordings, workbook, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Marina Lorenzato Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Programme content without our prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer
The AUTÊNTICA programme is designed for personal development and educational purposes only. It is not therapy, and participation in the Programme does not constitute a therapeutic relationship with Marina Lorenzato or Marina Lorenzato Ltd.
Results from the Programme will vary between individuals. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marina Lorenzato Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your participation in the Programme. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Programme.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.
